Galls of Tetraneura ulmi

The small, usually 8-15 mm long, gregarious galls of Tetraneura ulmi grow on veins of the upper surface of the leaf. They are green or red in colour and are commonly found on Ulmus spp. (Ulmus campestris, U. scabra, and U. laevis).
